At Laka Premium we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return. We only offer Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.
If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

If there is a defect in the item, our company will bear the cost for shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
