HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Go on to 'SHOP', Click on the collection you are looking for, navigate through the products of that collection, click on 'add to cart for the products you like, and click to add to cart for order placements.
DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?
Yes, we only offer COD.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email for your order on the provided email. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
The order will go into processing once our confirmation process has been completed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order by sending us an email or WhatsApp us your order ID at +92 310 978 6368 within 24hrs of the order placement.
DO YOU TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE?
It is convenient to process the orders through the website. However, you can also place your orders through Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Your order status is updated via emails and text messages at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email or a text message with your order details. Again, after your order is dispatched, we will send you an SMS with your tracking details. Please do check the spam folder of your emails and old text messages on your phone – to keep a check on the status of your order.

Within 24 hrs for Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. We will be expanding this very soon.
ARE YOU OFFERING INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
We are not offering international deliveries at the moment.
What are your shipping charges?
We are charging Rs 200/- for all parcels with a weight of less than 3kg. For any parcel up to 3kg, an additional Rs100 /- will be added.
